Conceptual Design

3D Render

We will create unique 3-D renderings of your landscape and swimming pool, incorporating the ideas and details discussed during the site consultation. These renderings will be tailored specifically to your preferences and requirements. Please note that the Phase I drawing represents a conceptual design and serves as an initial representation of the project.

We can create custom renderings for any type of pool or spa project.

Preliminary Assessment

Consultation

We will arrange a personal meeting at your residence, where we can have a comprehensive discussion about your upcoming project and gather your valuable ideas. Our team at the California Pool and Spa Company is dedicated to providing quality landscape design services, and during this initial consultation, we will not only listen attentively but also offer valuable suggestions and recommendations to enhance your vision.

Survey

To kickstart the landscape design process, we kindly request that you provide us with a survey of your property. This crucial step enables us to understand the layout and dimensions of your space, allowing us to tailor our designs to suit your specific needs.

Vision

During our meeting, we strongly encourage homeowners to share as much information as possible about their desired aesthetics and the functionality they envision for their inground swimming pool and landscape. To aid us in grasping your dream pool or landscape, we wholeheartedly welcome and appreciate any reference materials you may have. Whether it’s photographs, books, sketches, magazines, or websites, every resource you can provide will help us gain a deeper understanding of your unique vision.

Site Plan & Project Estimate

Hardscape

The site plan will include detailed layouts for both hardscape and features, such as pathways, patios, decks, planters, and any other planned structures.

Elevations

The site plan will feature elevations, showcasing the vertical dimensions and design elements of the project.

Finalization

Upon completion, you will receive a complete design package, which includes hardcopies of the scaled site plan, an itemized proposal, materials list, and the 3D conceptual design. Additionally, we will provide you with a digital format design package that outlines the comprehensive scope of the pool construction and landscape design project.

Once the design package is ready, we will schedule an appointment to present and discuss the plans, renderings, and budget. We will address any questions or concerns you may have and make any necessary adjustments. After your approval of the design and budget, we can proceed to the exciting phase of pool construction.
