• disconnect remove or plug plumbing line to decommission

1. Treat all visible flaws & cracks
2. Apply first primer coat of Isophalic resin
3. Laminate total area with fiberglass mat and resin
4. Apply third coat of Isophalic resin
5. Apply final coat of gel
6. Add composite behind waterline tiles if existing tiles are being replaced

1. Remove plaster in pool down to Gunite and replace with mini-pebbles
2. Remove and replace waterline tiles (note: Glass tiles will require an additional charge due to special handling when installing the tile)
3.  Remove pool coping and replace with Bellecrete Precast coping in Roman style
4. Replace pool heater with new 400,00 BTU Heater
5.  Install new automation system
6. Replace plumbing in pool to include new skimmer, new return lines and add vacuum suction line
7. Install new LED color light in spa
8. Build new raised spa inside pool
9. Build new steps
10. Change pool depth at shallow end
11. Install new gas line
12. Remove and replace expansion sealer around pool
